On that date, the fair value or market value of all common shares is equal to cost. The company does not have significant influence over the investee. Transactions that occurred during 2018 are as follows:

1. On June 1 2018 that a cash dividend was received from PT Kalbe Farma Tbk in the amount of Rp 1,000 per share of common stock.

2. On July 1 2018 that a cash dividend was received from PT Indofarma Tbk in the amount of Rp 500 per share of common stock.

3. On September 1, 2018, 600 shares of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk were sold for cash for Rp. 8,000 per common share less brokerage fees of Rp. 10,000.

4. On October 1, 2018, 500 shares of PT Indofarma Tbk were sold for cash for Rp. 54,000 per common share less brokerage fees of Rp. 60,000.

5. On November 1, 2018 that dividends were received in cash from PT Kimia Farma Tbk in the amount of Rp. 1,000 per common share.

6. On 15 December 2018 that a cash dividend was received from PT Indofarma Tbk in the amount of Rp 500 per common share.

7. On December 31, 2018 that a cash dividend was received from PT Kalbe Farma Tbk in the amount of IDR 1,000 per common share.

8. As of December 31, 2018 that the fair value or market value per share of common stock of the three companies (investees) is:

a. The fair value of PT Indofarma Tbk's ordinary shares is Rp. 40,000 per common share.

b. The fair value of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk's ordinary shares is Rp 27,000 per common share.

c. The fair value of PT Kimia Farma Tbk's ordinary shares is Rp 75,000 per common share.
